What PartnerLedger does

PartnerLedger helps organize an on-device company workspace, ownership allocations, voting rules, proposals, recorded decisions, and a decision ledger. It can generate PDF and JSON exports. It does not perform payments, interpret law, determine enforceability, or independently authenticate another named owner.

Check a calculated result

Review the ownership allocation, eligible owners, quorum, threshold, deadline, and conflict-disclosure inputs recorded for the proposal. Opened proposals preserve the rules and eligible voter weights associated with them. A later rule change does not silently rewrite earlier records. Consult a qualified professional about governing documents and legal requirements.

Understand on-device votes

Face ID or a passcode confirms access to this device, not the identity or consent of every owner named in the workspace. Use only accurate inputs and records you are authorized to maintain. PartnerLedger is a record-keeping aid, not an electronic-signature or remote-partner authentication service.

Export and preserve records

In Settings, use Minute-book PDF or Export my local data as JSON, then choose a destination in the native share sheet. Review the exported records before sharing them. Keep independent backups. Export is not a promise of automatic cloud sync or import-and-restore support.

Erase the on-device workspace

In Settings, select Erase on-device workspace/data. Enter ERASE ON-DEVICE DATA, continue to identity confirmation, and follow the displayed confirmation. The action permanently erases the local company workspace, records, retained attachments, and generated app exports. Copies you already shared and device backups must be managed separately.
